THE TOWN HALL WILL NEED A LOT OF WORK, TRAFFIC IS TERRIBLE, PARKING ABISSMAL IN THE TOWN AND THE DEVELOPERS HAVE TAKEN "THE HEART OUT
OF THE TOWN". THEY KEEP CHANGING PROJECTS FROM THE BEGINNING.

I FEEL THERE HAS BEEN A LACK OF VISION AND PLANNING-KIRKIE IS NOW A 'SPRAWL'
"I was disappointed in what I found"
i have visited the town regularly over the years this visit from the 8th &15th May, 2009 and I did not see much more that the Council has done to be proud of, fragmentation of services, bad roads, poor parking & traffic problems still abound.Somebody should answer for the shambles.
